Be the Light Shelter to Soldier 6th Annual Charity Gala will raise funds for veterans and rescue dogs in need. Shelter to Soldier was founded in 2012 with a dedication to Save Lives, Two at a Time. We adopt dogs from local shelters and rescue organizations and train them to become psychiatric service dogs for post-9/11 combat veterans. Our 6th Annual Gala will be held at the Hyatt Regency at Aventine in La Jolla on Saturday, August 25th, 2018 from 5-9 pm. Silent and live auction items will help us to raise funds for our mission to serve veterans and shelter dogs in need.
