My name is Therese Myers and I am the proud founder of  Yes Girls Create Inc (YGC). YGC. is a 5013c mentorship organization dedicated to uniting girls 8 - 18 years old through creative collaborative events. We host monthly labs where girls receive hands-on training and mentoring from adult women creatives. Our members will participate in a variety of experiences that will enhance their creative spirits, develop their self- esteem, and cultivate timeless friendships.

We are excited to be back in person for the 2022-2023 program year and  have a wide range of learning labs designed for our members from now until June 2023. Some of this year’s topics include soap making, an entrepreneurship lab, a dance workshop at a local college, and using braiding as an artform. We are partnering with 40+ Black and women owned businesses to create these amazing experiences throughout NYC.
