Dear Business Owner:

The Student Council of Boyertown Middle School East is sponsoring an event called Bear-A-Thon to benefit the Boyertown Area United Way.  Bear-A-Thon will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023, from 2:00-7:30 p.m.

Students will pay a donation fee for admittance to the day’s events, which include games, food, prizes, and a dodgeball tournament.  All proceeds will be given to the Boyertown Area United Way. 

Throughout the day, students will be participating in various activities and tournaments in which they can earn raffle tickets to enter in multiple drawings to win prizes from local businesses and organizations. We are asking for donations of prizes to help us with our event.  All donations are tax-deductible and can be arranged to be picked up by a staff member at your convenience. All donations are tax-deductible, and Boyertown Area School District’s tax ID number is 23-1667661.  Donations can be mailed to the school at the address below:
