 To Whom It May Concern,

 I am writing to you on behalf of the Bear Path Elementary School PTA in Hamden, CT. Our community includes a diverse student body of over 450 kindergarten through 6th grade students (5-12 years old) from all socioeconomic levels. Our amazing teachers and students rely tremendously on the PTA to fund reading materials, classroom needs, enrichment programs and scholarships to help our students excel. This year we were presented with the challenge of raising just under $46,000 in order to support all of our student’s needs. We have been working hard all year to host events to raise funds to meet this goal, however at this time we still have funds that we need to raise in order to achieve this goal. I'm writing to you today with an invitation to support Hamden students and promote your business to families within our school community by providing a gift card or other in-kind donation. Your donation would be used as a raffle prize at our upcoming Spring Fling Event scheduled for May 9, 2025.

 Can we count on you to donate to our fundraising raffle? It would help us tremendously to raise funds to support our budget, while providing you with the opportunity to showcase and promote your business to our school community. With your approval we will display your logo in our materials as a supporter of our event.
