I am a devoted member of the Beaubien Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). We are currently seeking donations for our largest annual fundraising event, the Spring Fling and Silent Auction Gala. Our event will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Eris Brewery & Cider House in the Irving Park neighborhood.

We are a school with over 50% low income families that heavily relies on fundraising efforts to provide classroom supplies, playground equipment, technology enhancements and field trip funds for our 1,000 students!

We hope that you would consider making a donation of a gift card, service certificate, merchandise basket or anything you see fit that can be used as a silent auction or raffle prize for this event. In return, your business will be advertised through our social media promotions and on our bidding website. I have attached our formal donation request letter and can provide our 501c3 tax form should you require it. I look forward to hearing back from you very soon!
