We are holding our annual “Beaver Bash” on May 1, 2020. It is a spring fair that provides a safe and friendly environment for our students, their families and the neighboring community to enjoy a few hours with carnival booth type games, food, and a raffle. This function serves as our largest fundraiser of the year, as well as an event that is cherished by our families in the community that attend.

Beaver Creek Elementary is a Title 1 School and we work to provide every child with the support and resources to succeed. The “Beaver Bash” proceeds are used to enhance the learning experience of our community’s children enrolled at Beaver Creek Elementary. Monies raised enable us to provide transportation for field trips, support our school’s Helping Hands initiative, host assemblies, have science fairs, hold earth day activities and provide many other activities that help students get the most out of their education and become lifetime learners.

As a contributor, your company will be recognized by over 750 people attending the event as well as through promotional displays at the school, flyers and social media.

We would ask that you would consider making a donation to support our school and our event, such as a gift certificate, admission tickets, or items to be used for our raffle. All proceeds directly benefit the students and school.

The Beaver Creek PTO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization so your contribution is tax-deductible.
