Beaver Public School Library will be hosting a Read-a-Thon to encourage reading and the love of reading in students Pre-Kindergarten to 12th grade beginning October 1 and running until November 12.  It will be held as a precursor and during the annual Book Fair.  Students will be reading extra at home, at school and in the Library in an effort to raise funds and to increase their knowledge and love of reading. Since the previous school year did not allow for our annual Book Fair because of the pandemic, the one scheduled for this year will be even more important and hopefully, will get more books in the hands of our students--specifically with the intent to encourage more reading.
