Dear Valued Community Member:
Beckford PTA will be holding its annual Golf Tournament event at Porter Valley Country Club on April
4, 2022. This is a major fundraiser for our school.
It is our hope that you will support us in making a difference for our children. We will gladly accept any
monetary donation and any donation of goods and/or services. We also have tee signs available for
purchase. You can put your company name, contact information, or logo on the sign to show your support
for Beckford Charter.
By making a donation to our event, you’ll be making a tax-deductible contribution that will enable the
Beckford PTA to continue our support of valuable programs at Beckford Charter, including school field
trip buses, school technology/equipment, computer lab instruction, among many other items. You may use
this letter for tax reporting purposes for your generous donation.

Lastly, you will gain valuable exposure at our event, as most of the attendees are parents and community
members, many of whom would gladly support our donors. Please be sure to include business cards
and/or brochures for us to display with your donation.
