The Beekman Fire Company Auxiliary's primary goal is to provide relief and assistance for the Beekman Fire Fighters at the scene of fires, drills and other functions. We sponsor a variety of events including Bingo, pasta nights, pancake breakfasts, the annual Family Day in September, our annual Penny Social and the Cookies with Santa event in December.  Funds from our events are used to support the Fire Company with new equipment and supplies.

We were wondering if you would once again consider a possible donation to the annual Beekman Fire Company Penny Social on June 9, 2018?  Anything you could donate would be greatly appreciated!  We will be having traditional penny social items as well as other raffle items including baskets and gift certificates. We have been very fortunate as a fire company with the outpouring of support.  The money is put towards equipment supplies and training our volunteer fire department to continue to support its community. 

Our Facebook page will be updated regular with information regarding those businesses and individuals who donated to our event.  We are starting a little early this year with the donation request as two of the members who organize the event are getting married in May!

Since we are a volunteer fire department, there are times no one is in the office to answer questions or drop off a donation.  We ask that if you are going to mail your donation, that all donations be mailed to the town hall.  The address is below. 

All donations are recognized on social media as well as a full print ad with the master list of donations in the Northern Dutchess newspaper as well as theSouthern Dutchess Newspaper prior to the event.
