Description

The Bell Prairie Hoedown, our annual spring fundraiser, is planned for May 6, 2022.  This event is a carnival-type atmosphere that offers games, food and entertainment, as well as a silent auction and raffle.  Your donation could be in the form of a sponsorship for the event, gift cards to be used as raffle/auction items, or items to be used for the auction/raffle baskets. The proceeds from the evening will go towards our 2021-2022 PTA giving goals.  The PTA would also like to support Bell Prairie’s continued improvements in technology, fine arts, and education for the upcoming school year. 

 

Donors and sponsors will be advertised on our school’s PTA Facebook page and weekly newsletter. Any donation valued at $100 or greater will be acknowledged on our sponsorship banner with your company logo the night of the event. Donors/sponsors are also welcome to provide coupons or other items to include in our swag bags that are handed out to each family.
