Bell Prairie Elementary is currently educating over 700 students in Kindergarten through Fifth grade in the North Kansas City School District. Providing a quality education and atmosphere for the children is a top priority of the staff and PTA of Bell Prairie. The PTA works closely with faculty in providing funds for educational experiences, materials, and technology that benefit the students and ultimately the families of our community.

The Bell Prairie Hoedown, our annual spring fundraiser, is planned for Friday, May 3, 2024. This event offers a carnival-type atmosphere that includes games, food, and entertainment, as well as a silent auction and raffle. Your donation could be in the form of a sponsorship for the event, or it could be gift cards/tickets/items to be used in the raffle/auction. The proceeds from the evening will go towards supporting Bell Prairie’s continued improvements in technology, fine arts, and education.

Donors and sponsors will be advertised on our school’s PTA Facebook page and our newsletter. Any donation valued at $100 or greater will be acknowledged on our sponsorship banner with your company logo the night of the event. Sponsors of $500 or more will have an individual sign with their company logo at the event. Donors/sponsors are also welcome to provide coupons or other promotional items to include in our swag bags that are handed out to families at our event.
