The Berks County Fair will host our first ever KIDS' DAY during our summer fair.  The event will be held July 15th from 1-4:30 PM.  We will be holding educational stations as will as fun and interactive stations.  The purpose is engage children 14 and under in meaningful activities to keep them active and busy over the summer.  Our theme is a Luau, we are hoping they will join us for a tropical good time.  As a new event, we are hoping for over 200 children to participate.

We will host TOUCH A TRACTOR, which will allow children to get an up close look at farm equpment and be a pretend agriculturlist for the day.  As the second oldest fair in Pennsylvania, this seemed like a fitting activitiy to demonstrate the importance of agricutlure to our society. 

We are looking for donations to use in our prize drawing which will be held at the conclusion of the event.  Every child who participates in our activities will be given a ticket for the prize drawing.  We are hoping for 50 prizes to be given to the children.  We appreciate any donations geared towards children 14 and under.
