Dear Charitable Donor,

The Blairstown Elementary School PTG will be holding a Tricky Tray on May 18th, 2024. This is our school’s biggest Raffle fundraiser! The monies that are raised will be used to provide resources for our teachers and students.  Previously, monies were used to purchase school upgrades to support student focused programs at our elementary school.

How can you help? There are two ways you can contribute!  We are accepting monetary donations of any amount to support the funding of extra-large prize items.   We are also asking for goods donations of gift certificates, prize baskets, event tickets or loose items that we can add to a basket to be raffled at our event.  ANY donation you can make is greatly appreciated.

All sponsors will be prominently announced as the prizes are awarded. Sponsor names will be printed on our program to be distributed to all who attend and listed on the actual donation for all to see.  Any sponsors that make a donation valuing $1000 or larger will be included in our advertising on social media and have their logo prominently displayed at the event. We anticipate several hundred attendees from around our area and your contribution would be a great way to publicize your business, earn a tax deduction, and make a positive difference at our elementary school.
