We are reaching out to local businesses like yours on behalf of the Wayzata West Middle School PTA to kindly request a donation to support our annual school fundraiser set for this October 9-13, 2023.

This is the ONLY fundraiser of the school year, and all donations help support critical PTA investments at West, including:

●  Teacher grants that fund purchases such as books, classroom materials, P.E. equipment, etc.
●  Student experiences and enrichment, such as field trips, guest speakers, and school dances
●  Staff Appreciation meals and treats throughout the school year
●  Student support purchases to ensure all students have the materials and supplies they need to

be comfortable and successful at school
We hope you will be able to make a donation to support our fundraiser. We will graciously accept monetary donations toward our overall fundraising goal of $15,000, and/or we are also seeking in-kind donations, such as gift certificates, gift cards, gift baskets or individual items that we can use as prizes for students and teachers to encourage fundraising efforts.

Wayzata West Middle School PTA is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization - Federal Tax ID #41-1790820.

All contributions are tax-deductible, and all funds raised during our campaign will be used to support the students and staff of Wayzata West Middle School during the 2023-24 school year. As always, donations to support our event will be recognized in our fundraising communications, and we encourage our West Middle School families to support the businesses that support our students.
