BENEFITING ARTS INTEGRATION FOR THE BRANSFORD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEXANS

Dear Friends,

Grapevine Colleyville ISD recently designated Bransford Elementary School in Colleyville as the Fine Arts Integrated Campus for the district.  We are now the only public elementary school in the area which offers both weekly piano instruction and theater class within regularly scheduled curriculum.  To support the implementation of this tremendous mission for our school, the Bransford PTA hosts an annual event called the BEST pARTy. 

In just two years, proceeds from the BEST pARTy have already provided a brand-new piano lab which includes 16 pianos complete with headphones for individual instruction, new theater production equipment, a state-of-the-art film production studio, and a stunning new mural in the cafeteria which is also an educational tool. 

The 3rd annual BEST pARTy “Havana Nights” will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022 at the Colleyville Center.  This event has quickly become a signature event for the Colleyville and GCISD community.  Attendees have expanded beyond just current Bransford parents, and now include community and business leaders, as well as GCISD leadership and school board members. 

The success of our BEST pARTy involves many volunteers, sponsors and donations.   We gratefully request your consideration of becoming a sponsor or donating in-kind items for this important event.    In-kind donations will be acknowledged throughout our marketing materials as well.   With over 230 people attending the event plus a comprehensive marketing campaign, we wish for our community to see and recognize your participation.   The Bransford Elementary PTA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.  Your donations are tax deductible and a charitable acknowledgement receipt will be provided to you for tax purposes.
