DOVES of Gateway has provided thousands of survivors of interpersonal violence with life-changing advocacies. Advocates collaborate with survivors at the individual, as well as systems level, to maximize access to resources and supports that removes barriers to self efficacy. The work DOVES' staff does requires knowledge and skill in employing trauma informed services that inclusive and promote healing for survivors struggling to simply live with barriers such as substance use, mental health issues, poverty, lack of educcation and employment opportunities, transporatation issues associated with rual areas, and homelessness. 

Our Bidding for Hope online auction is our largest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds from this event will assist the survivors of domestic violence and their children with life saving amentities and access to trauma informed services that will have a lasting impact on survivors' lives. Last year, we had well over 300 participants and raised over $13,000. Our mission is vital to the health of our community.
