We are in the process of seeking auction items for our online fundraising auction which runs November 29 – December 8, 2019.  All donors will have their company website linked to the auction website, will be acknowledged on Children’s Aid, Inc.’s website and social media channels and are acknowledged in our December newsletter.  All of the funds raised from this event will be used to further Children’s Aid’s work in our local community.  Since 2009, Children's Aid, Inc., a 501(3)(c) nonprofit has been providing assistance to Calvert County children in need.  Through our programs, we strive to promote the importance of education and literacy. We also provide children with opportunities to play recreation level sports, which not only helps keep kids active, it also helps promotes self-discipline, leadership, teamwork, cooperation, trust, and respect.  Currently, our volunteer-driven organization operates several programs: Operation Backpack, Great Book Giveaway, Christmas Cheer, Youth Sports Scholarships and Memorial College Scholarships(2).
