The Valley Park Elementary PTO will be hosting our biennial 2024 Lights Camera Auction Dinner and Auction, set to take place at The Venue in Leawood on April 20, 2024. Anticipating a gathering of 250+ parents, staff, VPE alumni & friends, and local community members, the event will feature both live and silent auctions showcasing gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses, including yours. Attendees will also enjoy dinner, music, and games.

This event serves as our primary fundraiser, aiming to raise over $45,000 for Valley Park students and staff. The proceeds provide crucial funding for Valley Park's classroom needs, staff appreciation, teacher grants, and student enrichment programs. The sustained success of these programs relies on the substantial support from parents and local businesses.

We invite you to contribute to our cause by donating an auction item, gift basket, or gift certificate for the silent auction, or by placing an advertisement in our event program. Your tax-deductible donation will be prominently acknowledged in event materials circulated to parents, staff, and the community, both before and during the event. Recognition will also extend to our school e-newsletter, the Panther Press, and the Valley Park PTO website (vpepto.org).
