We hope you will consider donating an item for our silent auction at the Tenth Annual BIG HAIR Ball, an evening of BIG HAIR, edgy fashions, food and drink!

The theme of the event is An Epicurean Style. It will take place Saturday, April 2, 2022 at the Greensboro Coliseum. The event includes a cocktail reception followed by a runway fashion show featuring outsize hairdos and outré outfits created by local designers. Each model’s outfit is inspired by her sponsor – corporate or individual – as well as by the event theme.

This unique fundraiser supports local programs of Family Service of the Piedmont (Tax ID #56-0547459), the largest private nonprofit agency of its kind in Guilford County serving thousands of children and adults each year. Family Service addresses vital issues of domestic violence, child abuse, mental health, and financial stability. If you donate an item for auction valued at $1,000.00 or above, you may choose to receive recognition as a Big Hair Ball sponsor.  Either way, all auction donors will be recognized in the event program.

The 2020 BIG HAIR Ball raised over $318,000 to support programs of Family Service in our community. With your help, we hope to have even more success in 2022! Thank you very much for your consideration.
