Each year, more than 450 corporate and community leaders come together to celebrate the power of mentoring, honors our friends and supporters, and challenges the Twin Cities to start something BIG for the children in our community. This event will feature entertainment, match stories, and other exclusive information from organizational leadership.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is a critical organization in our community, serving over 3,700 Twin Cities youth annually. Research shows that mentoring reduces juvenile delinquency rates and the likelihood of involvement in risky behavior, while increasing grades, rates of high school graduation and school attendance.

Potential lives within all of us. And yet, more than 86,000 youth in the Twin Cities are still in need of someone  who will stand in their corner. Will you step in and support kids in your community?
