We are excited to announce our annual St. Michael’s Academy Family Bingo Event on Saturday, March 7thfrom 2pm to 4pm at Community Christian Fellowship Church (6317 Vint Hill Road, Warrenton, VA  20187).  This is an event you don’t want to miss; we will have many fantastic Bingo cash and raffle prizes in store for some lucky winners.  Mark your calendars, invite your friends, family and neighbors and join us for some Family BINGO! 

For this event to be successful, we need your help.  We need BINGO Event sponsors as well as raffle prize donations.  An event sponsor would provide a donation to the school in exchange for marketing and advertising at our Family BINGO event.  Do you know or have a business that you could network with to ask if they would like to be a sponsor?  The levels of sponsorship and benefits are outlined below.  We also need raffle items; would you be willing to ask your favorite Nail Salon, Hair Dresser, local Small Business, etc. for raffle items to support our Bingo Event in exchange for a taxable donation receipt?  The win win is that SMA is receiving charitable donations that benefit our schools needs while local companies, small businesses and unique products are being promoted and marketed within the community. 

Event Sponsor: $250 (2 slots available) As an event sponsor, you will receive a half-page of advertising for your company in our bingo program.  Your company website will be highlighted in our weekly school newsletter.

Gold Sponsor: $125 As a gold sponsor, you will receive a business card size block of advertising for your company in our bingo program.

Silver Sponsors: $75 As a silver sponsor, your company name and website will be advertised in our bingo program.

Bingo Game Sponsors: $60 (1 slot available), $30 (6 slots available), $20 (8 slots available) As a bingo game sponsor, your company name will be listed beside the bingo game that you sponsor.

Raffle Prizes: (Unlimited slots available) As a raffle prize sponsor your donated item is advertised as a raffle prize (example gift card to a business / restaurant) as well as listed in our bingo program as a raffle prize sponsor.
