St. Charles High School Band of Pirate Parents proudly announces our 4th annual Bingo Night on November 11, 2022, and our Trivia Night on February 10, 2023. The Bingo Night will be a fun night of 10 rounds of Bingo games, raffles and a silent auction in which patrons bid on themed baskets donated by local businesses. Our trivia night will have 10 rounds of questions and include raffles, prizes and silent auctions also.

The money raised during these events will benefit the students of the SCHS band by helping to fund band competition expenses, camp, as well as year round expenses of a growing music department.

As members of our community, please consider helping us with our fundraising efforts. In order for our Bingo and Trivia nights to be successful, we are requesting donations of goods and services, gift cards or gift certificates to be used for silent auction and raffles. Any type of donation is very helpful.

We are also looking for round sponsors. Round Sponsors are $100 each. Donating is mutually beneficial because it provides a wonderful marketing/public relations opportunity, and the chance to reach out to members of the community who might not otherwise be aware of your business. The Band of Pirates Parents is an organization with 501(c)3 non-profit status, so your donation is 100% tax deductible. Thank you for your support of our fundraisers. If you would like to attend our events, bingo or trivia night is $20 per person or $160 for a table of 8.
