Waxpool Elementary school PTA is currently planning our Spring Fundraising Event - our first annual Bingo Night. This will consist of an afternoon of fun for the children and their families. Previous events similar to this have always proven very popular.

All the money raised at the event will be used for student activities, provide support to our teachers and to fund after school clubs.

We will be creating baskets for the event. In these we want to create family and parent themes. For example: Date night with dinning, movies and other local activities. Summer fun with camps, crafts and games. Family weekend Getaways and weekend staycations. 

We were hoping that you might be willing to supply us with a prize for our raffle. We love to promote and support local businesses and I believe that this would encourage new customers to visit you.
