This event is scheduled for March 23th, 2024 and hosts 100+ people for 2 hours of family-themed Bingo games (last year we had more than 200 parents, kids, and school community members attend!). Each round of bingo has a prize sponsored by local businesses/restaurants. 

We generally have everything from a GIANT bag of popcorn to a family pass for the Children's Museum as prizes.  Because this is a family event, we request that all of the donations be non-age specific (for example:  coffee/drink mug = YES PLEASE, wine basket = thanks, but no).

This Home & School Association sponsored fundraiser's proceeds are going to various classroom improvements and teacher wish lists.  Last year, we contributed the proceeds to helping pay for new secured entrance doors for the school.

I can provide our tax IDs if needed as well. I've attached a copy of our flyer from last year for your reference.  The flyer/advertising goes out to every church & school family via the weekly parent note, bulletin, and Flock Note.  Events are also set up on both the church and school Facebook pages.
