My name is Lisa Martinez, and I am the PTSA President at West Point Elementary. I am reaching out to you because you have been such a great help in the past.
It’s that time of year again! We are looking for donations for our Annual Bingo Night/Silent Auction. You guys have generously donated items to us in the past, and they were very much appreciated and brought in a good amount of money for our organization.
So we would like to ask you again this year if you can help us out with another donation. Our Bingo Night/Silent Auction is on January 13th, so we don’t have much time left to secure donations.
