Description

Our Elementary PTA is asking for donations for our upcoming Bingo and Basket Raffle event on March 22, 2024. At this event, typically attended by our community members and families, we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generally donated by businesses like yours.

We expect 300 attendees.

The event proceeds will help pay for a variety of school events, hosted by the PTA, which allow for the enrichment of our students. We raise money to fund enrichment for our students such as Author's Day, multicultural assemblies, and fun events like the end-of-year carnival and field day.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. All donors will be recognized on our Facebook, Twitter, and PTA website. It will also be displayed on a vendor, thank you board at the Bingo event. The PTA is a non-profit 501C3 organization and as such, all donations are TAX-DEDUCTIBLE.
