We are writing to you today on behalf of the Birchwood Intermediate School PTA located in Melville, NY. For
over 50 years the Birchwood PTA has provided educational and cultural arts programs to approximately 650
students in our third through fifth grade school.

On Thursday, April 4, 2024 we will host our annual “Birchwood’s Night Out” fundraiser. This is our largest
fundraising effort of the year and all monies raised directly benefit the PTA’s Arts in Education program.
The key to our success in this mission has been the generous support of those who donate products,
services, or gift certificates that we can use as raffle prizes. To thank you for your donation we provide
advertising by featuring your company name in our program, raffle flyers, social media, and emails. We also
encourage the school community to patronize the businesses who support our mission.
We have been so fortunate to have the support of the business community and with generous donations
from companies such as yours, we look forward to another successful event.
