CNY Fair Housing's 10th Annual Birdhouses for Fair Housing live auction event is scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 2025. 

Our event is a live and silent auction highlighting the work of local artists, birdhouse crafters, building enthusiasts and community advocates that helps support our efforts to eliminate housing discrimination throughout Central and Northern New York.  At our last event, we raised nearly $10,000 to help families, victims of domestic violence, disabled individuals, New Americans and others get fair treatment in their search for a place to call home.

Due to recent federal funding cuts and uncertainty for future funding, I am writing today in hopes that you would consider donating a silent auction item to help us achieve our goals. It does not have to be birdhouse related; it can be anything that you think may garner interest and bids from the auction participants. We can also create a certificate for your donation.  All donors will receive recognition at the event, as well as complimentary tickets to attend!!
