We are excited to announce that Birdville Elementary PTA will be hosting our annual Fall Festival and Live Auction on Saturday, October 26. This event plays a crucial role in supporting our school, a Title 1 institution serving a diverse community of students aged 4-12.
Thanks to the success of previous festivals, we’ve been able to assist with funding educational field trips, provide teacher appreciation lunches, and meet various needs for both students and staff. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) PTA, we rely on the generosity of businesses and organizations like yours to make these contributions possible.
We are seeking your support through monetary donations or items from the below list, which will be auctioned at the festival. Donated food items will also be used in our concessions area. All contributors will be recognized at the event. Your generosity can make a significant impact on our students and their educational experience.
In-Kind Donation Examples:
Gift cards, event/entry tickets, merchandise, individually wrapped food/drink items, gift-baskets, school supplies, service vouchers, etc.
