We are thrilled to celebrate Texas Advocacy Project’s 40th Anniversary at the 16th annual Black & White Ball presented by Accenture, Saturday, October 29th, 2022, at the Austin Marriott Downtown. 
 
Past support of the Ball has enabled Texas Advocacy Project to raise over $500,000 annually, in one glamorous evening, to help fund FREE legal and social services for victims of domestic and dating violence, sexual assault, child abuse, human trafficking, and stalking.  
 
Did you know? 
- Domestic violence-related homicides in Texas increased 23% during the pandemic.  
- In 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, online recruitment into human trafficking increased 22%.  
- A survivor with a protective order is 80% less likely to be re-victimized.  
- In 2021, Texas Advocacy Project closed 5,042 cases affecting 10,891 total victims (survivor + children).
