Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for taking a moment to read our request for a donation towards Blairstown Elementary School’s Tricky Tray fundraiser on Saturday, May 4th, 2019.   This year’s theme is Springtime.   We hope you can help us make this event a huge success! 

Blairstown Elementary School is a top rated public school serving about 506 children in Kindergarten through sixth grade.  Blairstown is a close-knit community and our residents are involved in our schools, sports, civic and community organizations. The Blairstown Elementary School PTG is committed to fostering our school’s success by purchasing books and support materials for the classrooms, sponsoring many school assemblies and field trips, and coordinating fund raising events.

Nearly 300 women will attend the Tricky Tray this spring and purchase tickets to win more than 200 prizes. Many prizes are donated from our parents, but ultimately, we need the support of businesses such as yours. In return for product, a gift certificate or service, you are entitled to:

• A tax deduction to the extent allowed by law (Federal Tax ID & 501c3 numbers below)
• Acknowledgement in our school newsletter, the evening’s program, and social media
