Dear Community, Church, and Business Leader,

I am writing on behalf of the Frontier STEM Academy Class of 2024 - our first graduating
class! Parents, students, and teachers are hard at work planning the Frontier STEM
Academy After-Prom event, called “Blazer Night: Casino Royale.” We seek to provide a
safe, drug- and alcohol-free evening for our upperclassmen and their dates. For this
event to be successful, we are seeking assistance from the community in the form of
donations.

This event will be held after Prom on Saturday, April 20, from 10 pm to midnight. Activities
at the event will include casino games, music, board games, prizes, ice cream, coffee,
and other activities. Once at the event, all activities, food, and drinks will be at no
additional cost to the students.

As a part of our community family, we are requesting your support. Any donation would
be welcomed and very much appreciated! Donations via credit card or check, along with
gift cards or free ticket donations, are most helpful as they tend to make the largest impact towards putting on this event.

In recognition of your support, a banner with your company name will be displayed on all
of our social media pages.
