Our PTO from Overlook Elementary School in suburban Abington, near Philadelphia, is hosting a “BLINGO Family Game Night” fundraising event at our school on Friday, March 23, 2018, and we are reaching out to businesses like yours for donations. The family-friendly event includes bingo games, gift baskets and silent auctions.   Some great ideas are: gift cards, event tickets, coupons, product samples, or service vouchers. Even a small donation makes a big impact!  Including promotional items with your donation is welcome as well.  Our families love to support businesses that support our school!

Why donate to us?  Because we have a great school with a great bunch of kids – but that’s not enough. Our school of 500 students (grades K-6) represents a blend of children from a variety of neighborhoods, parental backgrounds and cultural influences.  Overlook views this diversity as an opportunity to promote educational equality among all of its students, through a wide array of creative, relevant and unique social and academic activities, and the Overlook PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) is dedicated to supporting those goals. Through fundraising events like this one, our PTO is able to provide projects, events and activities that extend the educational experience for the students. This year, we are raising funds for Chromebooks and enrichment assemblies.  

Our organization is a non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, so your donation is fully tax-deductible. Our U.S. Tax ID number is 83-0410055.  We invite you to join with us in this worthwhile fundraising event. All of the businesses that contribute will be graciously acknowledged in the event program and on our social media site.
