Description

Bloom for Women is hosting our 1st Annual Bloom Freedom Benefit Dinner on Wednesday, October 4th at Saucon Valley Country Club.  There will be over 200 business people and philanthropists in attendance.

This is a fundraiser for Bloom for Women whose mission is to provide sanctuary and a continuum of care to heal, empower and employ women survivors of sex trafficking in the Lehigh Valley.  Our goal is $70,000 and the funds raised will be used for Bloom's programs.

Dr. Hanni Stoklosa, co-founder of "Heal Trafficking" will be our keynote speaker. She is a emergency physician as well as an educator at Harvard. She will be speaking on the subject of sex trafficking and the effects in the health care industry.  Her bio can be found at: www.healtrafficking.org/people/hanni-stocklosa/

People in the Lehigh Valley will be interested to come as the Lehigh Valley is a known "hot spot" for sex-trafficking due to our location with routes 78, 22, 33 and 476 traversing to and from major cities, e.g., NYC, Philadelphia, Poconos, and Washington DC.
