Description
We are writing to request a charitable donation to be used as an auction item in our annual fundraising event, the Blue Jean Ball, on June 10th, 2023. The Blue Jean Ball is a casual event with live music, dinner, and a silent and live auction. Donors will be recognized in the event program and on social media.
The event will be held at the Barn at Oaklawn Farms in Crossville, TN. In the past, we have averaged around 300 in attendance each year and raised approximately $50,000 for our program.
This is our largest fundraising event of the year and the proceeds are used to fund our program activities. Your generosity in giving will help us to continue our work to make a positive impact on the lives of the children we serve.
