I am writing to you on behalf of the Manito School PTO, to request a donation for our Blue Jean Ball Tricky Tray that will be held at The Indian Trail Club, on Thursday, February 6, 2020. Our annual fundraising event typically has over 200 community members in attendance. The night includes dinner, DJ entertainment, a 50/50, wine pull, student art auction, and basket raffles. Our raffle baskets include merchandise, gift cards, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The money raised from our event will be used to purchase STEAM related assemblies, tools, and materials for our entire Kindergarten to 5th grade school.

 We would greatly appreciate any donation you could make. All donations are tax deductible, as the Manito School PTO is a 501(c)(3) charity organization. A copy of our tax exemption form can be provided. In addition, your donation will be recognized in our Manito Elementary School newsletter and in our event program. Your business will also be promoted via the Manito PTO Facebook page.
