I am writing to you on behalf of the Manito School PTO, to request a donation for our socially responsible Blue Jean Ball Tricky Tray that will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2021. Our annual fundraising event typically has over 250 community members in attendance and last year we raised over $28,000 for Manito Elementary School. This year’s socially responsible event will be different, but will still include promotion of our donors, a 50/50, and basket raffles, while following all state health guidelines. Our raffle baskets include merchandise, gift cards, and services that are generously donated by businesses and organizations. The money raised from our event will be used to purchase STEAM tools and experiences for our entire Kindergarten to 5th grade school.

We would greatly appreciate any donation that you could make. All donations are tax deductible, as the Manito School PTO is a 501(c)(3) charity organization, and a copy of our tax exemption form is attached. Your donation will be recognized in our Manito Elementary School newsletter and in our event program. In addition, your business will be promoted via the Manito PTO Facebook page.

 Through our previous fundraisers, the Manito PTO has been able to renovate the school gym, provide supplemental science classes, expand classroom libraries. Without the generous support of businesses likes yours, the programs our PTO provides would not be possible.
