Good morning, I’m the fundraising chair of the Deer Creek Schools Foundation. We are a public school district in Oklahoma City, OK serving approximately 9000 students. We are just planning for our charity fundraiser, Blue Tie Night Gala & Auction, that will be held in November 2023.

A main component to our event is a silent and live auction. We are reaching out to vendors for donations so that we can create amazing silent auction baskets that our community loves and highlights a variety of companies that support public schools. We are a 501(c)3 and can provide additional information for a write off for this donation.

We are expecting nearly 200 attendees and will have a more broad social media reach to show what companies have donated to our auction.
