Description

The primary goal of Blueberry Festival is fundraise for our mission to bring Bethlehems history to life by preserving historic sites while giving attendees the opportunity to explore Burnside Plantation, farm and colonial life of the 1700 and 1800's. This includes one of the few horsepower wheels still working today. 

Some Activities Include:

Read to Therapy Dogs

Canine Agility Demonstrations 

Wildlife Conservancy Demonstrations with Live Animals 

Birds of Prey Demonstration by Hawk Mountain Sanctuary 

Docent Tours – Visitors get to learn about the unique history of the farm and visit the 1748/1818 house, colonial garden, and summer kitchen, 1841 barn and very unusual high horsepower wheel that are not typically open to the general public.
