On March 16, 2023 EP!C with Presenting Sponsor UnityPoint Health, will host its 12th Annual Bon Appetit event. This signature event has become a premier event on Peoria's social calendar, with proceeds benefiting the many services EP!C provides to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

EP!C has been an industry leader in providing those essential services for over 70 years. From starting on of the nations first birth to age three programs to pioneering a job placement program for capable people, EP!C remains at the forefront of innovative and progressive opportunities for people in the counties we support. By empowering our participants to live their best life, we enrich their lives, the lives of their family members, and the larger Central Illinois community.

This year's event is already shaping up to be another sensational, gourmet culinary experience. We're shaking things up with a New Chef, New Location, and a New Date!

We are ready to party with you in person once  again at the Par-A-Dice Hotel & Casino. We are so thrilled to have this year's Chef, Fabio Viviani join us for a night of Urban Decadance. A fan favorite of Bravo's Top Chef seasons 5 and 8, Chef Fabio is excited to play to a hometown crowd as he is based in Chicago.
