Description

Our Books ‘N’ Baskets Benefit is one of our twice yearly main fundraisers. We anticipate 150-200 guests. A donation will be used for our silent auction. The funds generated will help take care of the cats and kittens in our licensed cat sanctuary, rescue facility, and adoption center. Many have special needs and/or are elderly.

Funds raised are used to care for the 80+ cats/kittens in our licensed cat sanctuary. Many of the animals we rescue or take in have special needs requiring costly medical care and diets some long term. The veterinary bills each month are over $15,000. Most of our felines are rehabilitated and adopted out. Those that are not adoptable due to temperament or special needs will live out their entire lives at our cat sanctuary, receiving the love and care they need.
