February 8th will be our 5th annual Hugs Gala. This is our largest fundraiser of the year and the only major event that we hold to garner large donations from our high-profile and most influential donors.

Taking place in a historic cotton mill, this event will include a speech from our Honorary Chair, former Dallas Cowboy Timmy Newsome, as well as highlights from our special needs staff, sentiments from the parents of the special needs adults with employ, as well as a tear-jerking update on our success from our Founder and Board President, Ruth Thompson. 

The event will be held from 6-10pm and will feature a live auction, silent auction, auction games, a Flash Mob surprise dance by our teammates, and sentiments of our success throughout the evening. A barbecue buffet, dessert, and full bar service will be offered to our guests.

Our mission is to provide training and employment for adults with special needs. It is our passion to be able to offer a place of Hope, Understanding, Grace, and Success (HUGS) to every individual we serve so they may be recognized for their talents and abilities in the comunity.
