For over 50 years, the Community Support Network has served Sonoma County Youth & Adults facing homelessness and behavioral health challenges.  We invite you to partner with CSN as a sponsor of our upcoming dinner and benefit auction at Martinelli Winery.  On June 7, 2025, we will host a live Boots & Vines celebration with the goal to raise $200,000, to support efforts in building permanent supportive housing and providing whole person care and we need your help. 

Community Support Network was founded in 1972 by Sonoma State University students to provide a safe place for individuals to stabilize, recover, and grow. Since then, we have expanded to serve foster youth with complex trauma backgrounds, adults struggling with chronic homelessness, in 2022 launched the Housing and Wellness Program, and most recently, in December, we kicked off the new preventative initiative Keeping People Housed.

Sponsors like you are crucial to the success of the Boots & Vines fundraising event.  With the community rallying together, CSN can and will provide necessary supportive housing to more than 245 individuals this year.  As an official sponsor, you can show the community your commitment to help resolve homelessness and provide compassionate support to former foster youth.

The Boots & Vines event will feature fine food and wines, mocktails, dancing, live music, and both a wine board and live auction.  We are expected to fill to capacity, with 240 Sonoma County decision-makers and high-end consumers.  The Press Democrat has committed to attending and featuring the event in the ‘gatherings’ section of the paper.
