On April 30, 2022, Bordentown Regional Middle School PTO will be holding an auction fundraiser as part of our Color Run event. Bordentown Regional Middle School is a multicultural sixth through eighth grade school, and we are seeking donations to help raise funds to enhance every child’s experience at our school. We have used money raised from past fundraisers to purchase items that are not included in our school’s budget. Your donations will also help fund field trips (when safe again) so that every child can attend regardless of his or her family’s financial situation. We would appreciate any donation you can make whether in the form of goods, services, tickets, or gift certificates.

We will be advertising our donors on our Facebook event page as well as at the event and encouraging our participants and families to support the businesses that are supporting our school. We expect over 500 people to participate. This information will be shared with all the parents in our school and at the event. The event as well as the auction are open to our local community.

Your donation to the Bordentown Regional Middle School Auction fundraiser is greatly appreciated. 100% of your donations goes to our organization for the benefit of the students. We are recognized as a tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) organization EIN #20-4751305. A receipt is available upon request. You should consult your own tax advisor concerning the deductibility of the appropriate portion of your donation. It is only with the support of business like you that we can be a success.
