My name is Patti Crockett and I am contacting you because on October 1st in Millville, New Jersey my hubby and I are hosting an Autism Awareness benefit at a restaurant/bar called The Old Oar House Irish Pub.

We have two autistic children ourselves Carter (20)& Caileigh (17). So, I am hoping you are able to make a donation. I’m attaching a donation letter. All the proceeds for the event are going to Faces 4 Autism.
