On behalf of Boulder Creek Elementary (BCE) and BCE Parents Club, you are invited to attend the 2023 BCE Roaring Twenties Gala!

This dinner, dance and auction fundraiser will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the historical Brookdale Lodge in Brookdale, California, the former getaway of Hollywood A-listers rests in the town of Brookdale. By supporting this fantastic event, much-needed funds will be raised for state-of-the-art technology and special programs to enhance students' educational experiences.

BCE is located in Boulder Creek, California, a small community. Our school is home to 445 students, and a Tier I school, meaning the student population is >40% low-income - but we refuse to let that impact our children's future. Our district's demographics are such that we do not qualify for many of the state and federal grants afforded to other districts. The intent of the Gala is to supplement our elementary school's resources to enhance our children's learning.

Our school and community have faced numerous challenges over the last few years which impacted our ability to fundraise or well-loved annual community events. 1 in 5 BCE students was impacted by full or partial loss of their homes during the CZU fire. Incredibly many of the firefighters that fought to protect our homes attended BCE as children. We are very thankful for our firefighters, and we are very proud of our alumni. 

BCE Parents Club would greatly appreciate any donations you are able to provide for the BCE Gala fundraising auction such as a gift basket or gift certificate from your business. Additionally, we have sponsorships available at the Presenting Platinum, Gold ($5,000), Silver ($2,500), and Bronze ($1,000) levels. All sponsorships will be noted on signs and programs and will include other valuable benefits outlined within the sponsor levels here.
