Fun and fundraising all in one event.  Sportsman's Bowl in Schenectady NY will host an event that will raise funds for Capital Region's Veterans Memorial "Legacy" project.  Bowling and all equipment and food and refreshments will be included in the registration price.  Raffles and a 50/50 will be part of the event.  Red pins will be sporadically inserted into the games and prizes will be awarded accordingly.  CRVM encompasses 11 counties in the upstate New York Capital Region and our participants and volunteers represent all 11 counties. 

"Legacy" is a unique project.  Set in a park like environment.  Memorials with educational plaques will be placed strategically along the walking paths.  Around the pond will be comfortable benches which will allow for reflection, prayer and healing.  There will be a resource center, a cafe, an IT center and a lounge for veterans and their families.  Comraderie and a safe place for all veterans is key to our goal.
