To Whom It May Concern,

The purpose of our Parent-Teacher Organizations (PTOs) is to further enhance the students’ education, experience, and enjoyment while at our schools. The PTOs work with the schools’ administration to help fund technology projects, educational assemblies, school projects, and teaching materials. In order to make this event a success, the PTO of Bradley Gardens is soliciting donations from area businesses for prizes, gift baskets, and/or gift cards or certificates to our School Basket Raffle to be held on Friday  April 4, 2025.

We are also asking for any monetary donations to help defray the cost of running the event. Please make checks payable to BGS PTO (mark Basket Raffle in memo line). All donations are tax deductible and will be recognized as donated from your establishment at the Basket Raffle via our program as well as being prominently displayed during our event. All money raised goes directly to the benefit of our students.

We will gladly pick up any donations from your place of business. Donations may also be mailed to Bradley Gardens PTO Attention Melinda Harz, 148 Pine Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. We would like to have all donations collected by March 1, 2025

Our school is a  non-profit 501C-3 organizations. The tax ID number  is as follows: 23-7220051
