Minnesota Connect Aphasia Now brings people in our Minnesota communities who are stroke survivors with aphasia, a language/communication disorder together in order to improve life participation, peer connections, and provide support groups, communication groups and community education. Our funding goes toward scholarships, developing and growing our services to serve more individuals with aphasia and their families
