Dear Friend of Middleburg Community Charter School,  
As we enter our TENTH year as a Loudoun County public charter school, we are grateful for the generosity of the communities we serve. We are once again honored to be planning our annual Breakfast with Santa & Online Auction, to benefit our mission of developing life-long learners who are curious, caring, reflective and productive members of our community.  
The event will be held at Middleburg Community Charter School (MCCS) on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 7:45 AM to 10:30 AM. We are asking you for donations to support our online auction. Donations can include items, gift certificates, or offers for services which can bring our 800-1,000 attendees back to your door.  
Our school serves all of Loudoun County and many of our families live close by in communities like Middleburg, Stone Ridge, South Riding, Purcellville, Leesburg, and Ashburn. YOUR continued support and partnership help provide students with the materials needed to participate in innovative project-based learning, and supports the integration of the Arts and STEM  (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) into students' everyday experiences.  
Our 2022 auction was a great success! With over $42,563 raised at last year’s event, MCCS was able to provide students with hands-on learning through field trips and provide new technology to our students and staff, all thanks to the generosity of businesses and donors like YOU! Our goal for our ninth Breakfast with Santa is to EXCEED our funds raised last year! 
The MCCS Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is a 501(c)(3), so your donations are tax deductible (EIN 47-1349316). It’s a win/win situation when our school benefits from your donation, and your donation will be seen by residents from all over Loudoun County and beyond. This is a wonderful opportunity for you, as a local business owner, to gain exposure and let your customers know you value supporting local education!
